ABOUT TRACY
I love a good format!
ACT 1: While studying Visual Arts at UC San Diego, I interned at the MTV Beach House. The day the Baywatch multicam circus rolled onto PCH, I locked in. I wanted to run big shows with lots of cameras, and lots of moving parts. Never looked back.
ACT 2: I moved to New York and made 1515 Broadway my home base for 12 years. Climbed up the ranks to showrunner while shooting coast-to-coast — Jersey Shore to the Bahamas, Key West to SXSW. I built muscle memory for high-pressure live events, multi-cam specials, and unscripted magic under deadline.
ACT 3: Showran 80+ Teen Mom reunions and specials (75M+ cumulative viewers, consistently outperforming episodes by up to 30%). Launched and ran Wolf Watch (36 episodes), multiple Are You The One? Aftermatch Live! seasons, and four MTV New Year’s Eve broadcasts from Times Square (hot-seat directing talent while juggling ball drops and city permits). Directed at Warped Tour and Hot 97 Summer Jam. Built the mtvU Woodie Awards from Roseland Ballroom into an SXSW festival (2008 Global Media Award). Delivered it all on $1M+ budgets with 30+ crew, evolving formats through massive industry shifts.
ACT 4: When my mom was diagnosed with cancer, everything refocused. Her fight, and the decade of IVF that followed, taught me real-time crisis management, emotional intelligence, and unbreakable follow-through. She didn’t get to meet my two boys, but they remind me daily why I bring both heart and precision to every control room.
ACT 5: Stepping back to raise my now 14 month old gave me space to recharge, work on my passion project, and pitch-in by producing the 2024 & 2026 Six Pax Super Show — a full-scale community bodybuilding competition on a lean $40K budget with 250+ attendees. Proves I can still execute pro-grade live events in today’s streaming/influencer landscape.
Time to build my next rundown…
